Its Thursday - Upper body and Abs

Pushups and rotation at the top 4x20
dips 4x20
Pullups as many as I can (since I cant do a pullup, I will do this with the assisted machine)
leg lifts with rotation 4x20
Crunches on the stability ball with resistance 4x20
Woodchops 3x20
REMEMBER TO DRINK A PROTEIN SHAKE RIGHT AFTER YOUR WORK OUT!! :)
